A mother in denial....21months

I say this all the time.... But it really is hitting me now! Like hitting me like a fast freight train! Mason is not a baby anymore, but a full on toddler! I can't handle how adorable he is and the sweet boy he is growing up to be! These pics are from des Peres park yesterday. I can honestly say , "I love my new job!" We just have the best time and I am trying to soak up all the time we have left before baby 2 arrives! Because I know things are going to get crazy!

HNow that the weather has been nice out, we have been playing outside a ton! I can't get over how fast and grown up mason is getting! He is so good at climbing ladders at playgrounds and is super fast when running! He is so curious and loves trying new obstacles! 

He is also all BOY! He is obsessed with trucks, balls and anything sports. He is constantly saying soccer ball, basket all, baseball and football. And in the next sentence he is requesting that dadda play ball with him outside! It is pretty cute. 

Yesterday we were at a park near CBC and mason loved walking around the baseball field.... Yes..,, he gets excited at just the sight of an empty baseball field. He must have impressed the groundkeepers, bc the man ran over and asked if he could give mason a baseball. Masons face lit up and literally he hasn't set the ball down in the last 24hrs!

We have also had a lot of play dates recently!

It started raining and mason wasn't so sure about the rain drops.

He loves the library! He climbed up on the chair and started reading all by himself without any prompting!

We insist on sitting in the big part of the shopping cart now and enjoy handing the items to the cashier/conveyor belt at th check out. Such a little helper.

He wasn't scared of the tornado sirens and took advantage of being with momma!

He enjoys playing with mega blocks and cars and likes building/stacking things

Mason will stand and watch trash trucks for however long is possible!

I Was putting something in the fridge and turned my head to find mason in the jumper! Yep climbed in all by himself within about 30 seconds!

Loving watching the groundkeeper at the baseball field

Sometimes we prefer to walk/run ahead of the stroller and of course carry some type of ball or bat!

He loves cuddling with baby boy and sings songs to him!
