10 Months old and last day of daycare

I can't believe I am writing a post about mason being 10 months old. Time is flying and he is getting so big! He is super fast at crawling and basically crawls on 3 limbs because he is so focused on getting some where fast! He pulls up on anything he can get his hands on and enjoys walking along any fixed object! He is a pro at walking with his little dinosuaser walker toy. His personality is adorble, he melts my heart every day with his expressions! He loves bouncing up and down on his knees and tush (we know he is dancing)! The latest thing he does is try to put his index into our mouths and then he puts it in his and giggles! I have gotten a few kisses, but they come very sparingly. Today he did start to blow me a kiss though!!
I wouldn't say he is getting clingy, but when we get home from work he crawls right over to us and stands at our feet, and waits to be picked up, while balancing at our feet.  And he definetly prefers to be held by the person he knows best when there are multiple people in a room.

We are lucky because Mason still goes down around 7-8pm at night and sleeps until 7am.  He still takes 2 naps a day and both are usually 2 hours long.  He is a good eater and eats yogurt bites, puffs, baby jar food, baby yogurt and then samples whatever we happen to be eating.  He takes formula during the day and usually has about 3 bottles during the day and then I am still nursing in the morning and bedtime. We are still amazed at how laid back and happy he is every day.  He loves exploring in his playroom and plays with all of this toys.  He pulls up whenever he can and walks around holding onto whatever he can get his hands on.  He still has 6 teeth (4 top and 2 bottom) and they are too cute!  He loves reading and enjoys the touch/feel books.

We are excited to announce that Mason had his last day of daycare on Friday May 3rd.  We really liked Chesterfield Childrens Center, but we are so happy that Jennifer and Carrie Twellman will be watching him this summer and fall.  He will miss his teachers, Miss Kristen and Miss Paula and the School Directors/Owners.
