Allen Craig Meet N Greet, Donuts and Masons 2nd Haircut!

Mason had a very excited few days over the last few weeks.  We attended an Allen Craig Meet N Greet at the Peabody Opera House (Thanks Frito).  He was too cute when we had our picture taken with Allen.  He just kept staring at Allen Craig and was in Awe.  It was the same expression he had when he met David Freese last year.  He enjoyed running around the venue and saying hello to everyone!

Earlier that week, Mikael took a day off to stay home with Mason.  I know Mason loved it as much as Mikael did.  In the  morning, Mikael took him to McArthurs Bakery (Delicious Bakery near our house) to get some donuts!  Mason loved the donuts!! Mikael shared a long john and chocolate donut with Mason, but I am not sure who ended up eating more.  Mason literally came out of his highchair to eat the donuts!  He apparently coudln't chew and eat them fast enough!

Finally,  I am a sucker for long curly hair! So it is always hard for me to decide when to get Mason a haircut.  He just looks so darn cute with his curly hair, even if people call him a "cute little girl" or if it's in his face!  I called the Hairy Elephant (An adorable childrens hair salon) but they were booked solid for awhile....due to Back to School.  So I opted to cut Masons hair by myself again.  I had done it a few months ago.  So the pictures below are before and after shots.  It ended up turning out ok, and he did great just sitting in his highchair! Although the other reason I hate little kids haircuts....is because they look so much older afterwards.
Mason was in awe of Allen Craig! He is one lucky little guy!
Before Picture....BTW we combed his hair this way to show the length. It isn't always in his face, but normally combed to the side.
How can you not adore his wavy/curly hair! So cute!!
Boo for shorter hair and older looking baby!
 No more curls here!
Please notice he is trying to stand up in his highchair to get the donut faster~! hahah!
 Loved chocolate donuts!
